The project Silva houses 1st building has won the 2nd place in the competition of the Latvian Construction Award 2022, in the category of a new residential building.
 
Project third building has won 3rd place in the competition for the most energy efficient building in Latvia 2024, in the category of the most energy efficient apartment new building.
